Purposes:　 GD-2000 Type Series Textile Machine Cradle (zincification and spray-plastic) 　　GD-2000 Type series pneumatic spinning frame cradle adopts three-roller double-apron V Type draft mode, suitable or pure cotton, chemical fiber and its blended shorter than 60mm. While taking single zone slip draft mode, the spinnable fiber can be 120mm long.

Structure features: 　　 GD-2000 series pneumatic weight cradle is simple and easy to adjust and convenient to operate. 　　 The adjustable range of distance between top roller is wide, and indicated by scale. 　　 Top roller can realize stepless pressure adjustment, and add pressure constantly. It’s applicable to spin all fiber materials. 　　 Pressure takes short time to adjust. And it’s added on all cradless uniformly via leverage. A spinning frame needs just one relief valve to adjust necessary pressure. 　　Repaired and grinded for times, the cradle is still constant in pressure after adjustment. 　　It can realize release of pressure by stop. This can prevent deformation of the rubber roller, and decreases the ratio of broken end at restart and improves the yarn quality. 　　The rigid positioning angle of lifted GD-2000(B) Type pneumatic cradle is of two magnitudes: 45° and 70°, easy to make maintenance.
