Purposes:

　　This product applies to cotton yarn ring spinning frame, and takes the form of three-roller double apron plane draft. It’s used to spin pure cotton, staple fiber and its synthetic fiber shorter than 50mm.

Structure features:

　　This cradle adds pressure and adjusts pressure in air bag by air pressure leverage, as well as imposing stepless high pressure on rollers on the whole cradle. When the pressure in the air bag is fixed, changes to the position of transform bolt will impose different pressure on the top roller. It’s constant in weighting, convenient to adjust and suitable to various fiber materials. The grinded rubber roller will still maintain the necessary pressure by adjustment.

　　At release of pressure by stop, except the residual pressure, the rubber rollers bear no load. This can prevent deformation of the rubber roller, and decrease the ratio of broken end at restart, improving the yarn quality. (Note: For release of pressure, just shut down G1/2’’stop valve or ball valve on every machine, and discharge all the gas in the air bag by manual valve)
　　 The distance between the top roller is of wide adjustable range, and the minimum distance between the front one and the middle one can be adjusted to 45.5mm.
　　 Cradle lock adopts four-bar mechanism. It’s of high lock property and convenient to add pressure, suitable for spinning female worker. It locks reliably. After multiple release of pressure, the cradle pressure keeps constant.
　　 The rigid positioning angle of lifted cradle (GD-160 Type) is of two magnitudes: 45° and 70°, easy to make maintenance.
