Applicable to weighting on pneumatic plane or V-shape drafting system of ring spinning frame. Suitable for spinning pure and blended fabric of cotton and chemical fiber less than 60mm in length.
Structure Features:
1. The weighting on cradle is centrally provided by air bag, and distributed to top rollers in front, in middle and at back by requirements via leverage component mechanism. It’s constant in weighting, small in spindle difference, and without fatigue decline.
2. It can make integer and stepless pressure adjustment, so the adjustment is very convenient. It can realize semi-release of pressure at shutdown to avoid crushing rubber roller. There is few broken end at restart and that will improve the yarn quality.
3. When the air gas pressure is constant, changes made to the position of the cradle’s pressure distribution bolt shall change the weighting on rollers in front, in middle and at back and their ratio.
4. The cradle lock adopts four-bar mechanism, reliable in self-lock and convenient in adding and releasing pressure.
5. The mechanism is simple and reliable, endurable, and convenient to maintain.
